Karen
The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for crashing after a day of exploring Modena and Maranello. The free breakfast was a lifesaver, fueling us up for our adventures. Plus, the staff were super chill and helpful.
The only thing we wished for was a cooler hangout spot in the hotel. It would've been awesome if they had a game room or a rooftop terrace where we could chill and have some fun.

There was a small inconvenience which was solved soon and the receptionist the day after apologized and was very kind with me. I really appreciated this behaviour

The Italian breakfast served was absolutely delicious and a perfect start to the day. The staff at the reception desk were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. Good location, at the center of ceramic industry in Italy. Nice decoration with fanstatic bathroom furniture
Very weak wifi signal (perhaps we were in the last room of the corridor), the lobby carpet is a bit damp with bad smell.

The room was very comfortable considering my husband is 6'5". Room was quiet and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.
Pillows were a little too flat but all in all it was good.

This hotel offered free Wi-Fi and was located in an area that was convenient for my business trip. The room was well equipped and had a modern bathroom. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the friendly and attentive staff.
The room had a strong smell of smoke which was unpleasant. The bed was placed close to the wall and there were not enough power connectors for my devices. Furthermore, the curtains were dirty and outdated. The restaurant had limited options and was not used very often. The location was not ideal for those who want to explore the area, as it was a good 15-20 minute walk from the center.

For the price we paid, Hotel Michelangelo in Sassuolo exceeded our expectations. The upgraded superior room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of choices including eggs and bacon. The bean to cup coffee machine was the best I've ever tasted. The staff were cheerful and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me when I left my wallet and a pair of shoes behind. The hotel's location on the ring road made it convenient for business travel customers, and it was also close to Modena, Maranello, and Bologna. On-site parking was a great bonus, and we highly recommend the pizza place next door.
